Acrisure Mortgage, DRB Group Form Home Loan Joint Venture
Acrisure Mortgage and DRB Group have launched DRB Mortgage, a joint venture aimed at providing dedicated home financing within DRB Group communities.
Acrisure Mortgage, LLC and DRB Group announced the creation of DRB Mortgage, a newly formed mortgage joint venture designed to deliver in-house home financing options to buyers in DRB Group residential communities, according to a statement released Sept. 29, 2026, in Orlando, Florida.
Acrisure Mortgage ranks among the top 25 residential mortgage lenders in the United States, bringing institutional lending scale and expertise to the partnership. The venture is structured to give DRB Group homebuyers streamlined access to financing without leaving the builder's ecosystem — a model that has grown increasingly common among large residential developers seeking to capture ancillary revenue and simplify the purchase process for customers.

The joint venture, operating under the DRB Mortgage brand, is expected to serve buyers across DRB Group's existing and future communities. By embedding a dedicated mortgage operation within the homebuilding process, the partners aim to reduce friction at closing and potentially improve loan approval timelines for new-construction buyers.
The announcement underscores a broader trend in the housing industry, where builders and lenders are deepening integration along the homebuying pipeline. Affiliated mortgage operations allow builders to offer rate incentives and closing cost assistance tied directly to their own loan products, giving them a competitive edge in a challenging housing market.
