DISA, Everforth TopBloc Launch Workday-Native Screening App
A new no-code application embeds background checks and drug testing directly inside Workday Recruiting to accelerate hiring workflows.
DISA Global Solutions, Everforth, and TopBloc have jointly released a pre-employment screening application built natively within Workday Recruiting, the companies announced Sept. 29, 2026. The tool integrates background screening and drug testing directly into the platform employers already use to manage hiring, eliminating the need to switch between separate systems.
The application is designed with a no-code experience, meaning human resources and recruiting teams can configure and operate the tool without technical development resources. According to the companies, the approach is intended to compress the time between a conditional job offer and a candidate's start date by reducing administrative friction in the compliance process.

DISA Global Solutions, headquartered in Houston, has established itself as a prominent provider of workforce compliance services, including drug and alcohol testing and background screening programs.
